All services are subject to availability and seasonal conditions.

2. Estimates and Quotes

Free estimates are provided based on the details available at the time of consultation. Final pricing may vary depending on site conditions, material availability, and changes requested during the project. All updates will be clearly communicated before work continues.

3. Booking and Payment

 

• • A deposit may be required to secure your booking or order materials.

• • The balance is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

If materials have already been ordered and/or paid for, they are non-refundable, and the client will be fully responsible for covering those costs.

5. Site Access & Safety

Clients are responsible for ensuring safe, clear access to the work area. We are not liable for delays or additional charges caused by blocked access, pets, or unsafe site conditions.

Please inform us of any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other buried features before work begins. TrueWest Landscaping is not responsible for damage to unmarked or undisclosed underground elements.

6. Website Use

All text, images, logos, and content on our website are the property of TrueWest Landscaping. Use of this material without permission is prohibited.

7. Liability

We take pride in our craftsmanship and conduct all work with professionalism. However, we are not responsible for:
